william cullen bryant school on the cities near west side.. peggy? >> parents we talked to very upset said they spent hours worrying if their little ones were okay. parents and grandparents say they are still trying to figure outry why it took about three hours for their children tobo gt home from school friday afternoon. around 4:45 they called the school and no answer so they callh police. the elementary age children did not get home until after 6:00. school officials re investigating exactly what happened. this is what they know so far. the students were transferred ta a new bus number but the change was not communicated to the school friday. so another bus driver added the students to his stops, thinking their bus was delayed. the district says the bus driver meant well but it does not excuse the unnecessary delay or the confusion it caused for several families. >> we're afraid there was an accident with a bus may be.

otherwise we are in the clear with a stronge cold front that came through. you can see it came through this morning from light to moderate and heavy at some times. note a clear pocket in between. that being said, if you see other minnesota and wisconsin there is a big area of lowf pressure and that will slowly creep in and settle into northeast ohio with the next roundth of rain on wednesday but it'sdn not just wednesday. it will be unsettled weather pattern for several days in a row.se -- there is nothing to catapult it to the east. on and off strike showers for a four-day stints. 67 degrees at hopkins and we have winds right now at 10-15 miles per hour. the front is starting to work its way through. temperatures rain called in the 60s for buffalo through cincinnati and adam more sunshine temperatures into the 70s to the west including st. louis and des moines at 74 degrees. you start to really see the

getting answers about what is really going on there, matt? >> it's a trend across the country. norwalk police sayay the history of their started with a hoax picture posted on facebook that was shared morefa than 1,000 times. and lead to a half-dozen calls to police claiming clowns were harassing people.ca this is the prank photo police sayol was?posted onnfacebook thursday, claiming these clouds were spottedes in norwalk. police started receiving calls about r people and causing problems late thursday into early friday. in one case a woman reported a clownan was trying to break into her home. police never found any criminal clowns. but they did find several groups of people out looking for clowns who said they were tracking thet through facebook posts. the best getters and tracked down f the people who made the original post. they say they admitted to dressing upto in a clown costums and posting the photo of
